Why should this player be punished?: User stole my car then drove it into the water at boardwalk you can check logs for everything, i killed him right after he removed his wooden fence right after he came up from there

I will be requesting the user's demo. In the meantime, is it true that you stole and drove Roos' car into the water? If so, was it done on purpose? Why did you do it? @seamusf678

After reviewing the Demo, I am speechless. The user steals the car, goes on a joyride in which he drives erratically, speeding both on the highway and the city for no reason, frequently invading the opposite lane, and crashing the car at 70 mph into an obstacle (as well as having other less relevant collisions). In the end, he goes to storage, takes a wooden fence, builds a ramp to jump into the canal with the car, drives all the way back to the PD to get as much speed as possible, and flies off into it. Considering all of this, the user will receive a punishment for 2.5, 3.4, 3.6, and 3.15. Reviewed with @thehomelessdude.
