User killed someone who was raiding, he did this in front of cops because he was "shot in crossfire" while clearly breaking 3.4 being stood watching.

you can hear the cop fire right before Cronny runs down the alleyway where jays rex than shoots him. This being 3.4 as not only did he shoot crony while cops were on the scene of a raid Jays rex was not involved in, he did this because he was "crossfired" when he made no attempt to flee active gunshots.
(i was also involved in the raid and was part of it)

I shot at him in efforts to defend my life. I was originally going back to my base in office but police informed me of raid and was advised to leave office area. I was chilling in spawn as they shot and killed two officers in front of me whilst also shooting me in the leg which is why I decided to take action.

1. the officers were not dead, you did not attempt to flee when shot at but decided to take action because you had been "crossfired", doing all this while officers were on scene and handling the shootout, your intervention was not needed nor was your life at threat as you were not shot at deliberately, you got crossfired and had all chances to flee/leave as you should have already done.

2. You took action for no viable reason, your life was not at risk you just got unluckily caught by a stray bullet, you should have started running instead of trying to kill someone for no actual reason infront of police.

3. you are not defending your life, you were not actively being shot at nor was your life a threat, you were close to a shootout but proceeded to involve yourself unnecessarily with cops on scene.

4. if officers informed you of a raid at office, why did you proceed to wait at office when there is a very high chance the shootout would come to market street as you clearly knew cops were there?

this all shows to me you made no clear attempt to keep yourself alive and proceeded to involve yourself into a shootout, both of which violated 3.4.
