Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 - Ran into a clearly ongoing bank raid, one of them got himself killed by standing in the bank exit door and getting killed with an AS50. Can't find their steam names on plpd.online.

The users failed to respond to my friend requests; the evidence quite clearly shows them spectating the active bank robbery and standing way too close, endangering their lives for no valuable reason.
