Myself and Joe Baggers were near PD when we heard some commotion. We went to check out what all the noise was about. We found two men dead in front of a pink van; the driver of the van was in hysterics about killing two sweater vests:

Shortly after that there was another hit and run at the same location however I did not see it. When I returned to investigate further I noticed that someone had ran over baggers and I stuck around to investigate what had happened.

The driver of the van seen previously plowed through multiple people including a swat officer (I would assume his reason is so he could make money from the bodies/revives). during the video you hear him say he needed the money so he meta-job'ed to medic to collect the revive/body disposal funds.
After he drove back to hospital the medic then ran back across the highway to rejoin his friends (He tried to resign and then run back but he messed it up somehow).

Lastly, the player openly admits how much he made from the entire escapade to his friends before realising me and baggers are standing there listening to him.
