Why Should This Player Be Punished: I was going to go afk for about 1-2 minutes to get a little snack, so I parked up and went to get my snack. I come back and I am dead not knowing a clue what has happend. So I read my steam messages and my friends told me they tried mugging me but because I was AFK they just killed me. I belive this is a private place because it was just outside jenifers they did not even take care of the NPCS in jenifers. Also think about shoppers who would be in jenifers and could of seen it. I was also by a park. So overall I think it was too public for a mugging / killing to happen. My other friend was @Morgan0111 who got mugged and the other person in my car is called Too Pixelated who got killed too. ( He does not have a fourm account)

This was in the "middle" of the park as in real life that would be a public place where kids would be playing, people sitting and chilling, not a ton of gangsters coming in mugging people, shooting everyone down(Unless it's a terrorist, which it was not in this case. ) To be honest, if they mugged you in a public place they have broken the rule.

Venomine dealt with the NPC's before hand, and it was done behind the "trees" in a way that no one would see you in real life, the way you wrote the ban request i don't really understand fully what happend so if you could explain better, this could be a +support.

Right, let me tell you the story from my perspective.
I was at storage to store my gun, my "Homies" were over at the "Cloth Store", suddenly I heard shots, I immediately grabbed my "Colt" and ran over there, I saw a white Audi being gun pointed by my organisation members, they've been gun pointing you and your friend in the white suit. I reacted quickly and took care of the NPCs. As soon as I was done with them I ran over to you and gun pointed you and your friend, my friends been gun pointing two others including you. From my perspective it looked like they've been gun pointing you and you've been jumping back into your vehicle, so the first shots were fired because of me thinking you'd be trying to escape. As I shot you down your friend "suddenly" came back in-game and jumped out of the car, I told him to get onto his knees and he didn't cooperate either so he got shot.

Also please do not start "beef" by calling black males "Niggers" and "slaves", and then go "AFK". As far as I remember you got "AFK" right on the road. You shouldn't be doing that to be honest.

Rule 3.16: AFK.

According to this rule, did you let in LOOC know you went AFK, or maybe in OOC and did made /report?

If you go AFK in the middle of a roleplay situation, or in a area you know where activities are going on why would you go AFK?

Also the people that killed you should've made a report about they are mugging you but you are not responding, if they would have done this and you would've let everyone know in LOOC and in the /report that you are AFK nothing happend. the admin would respond and let them know that you said you are AFK.

I think both side's can learn something from this, before doing something inform everyone, it doesn't matter if they care or dont care you let everyone know you are AFK, and the people that killed you should've made a report about you not responding iso killing.

Venomine took care of the NPCs and it was not a mugging. Your friend was killed for not co-operating and imo no rules were broken.
