Why should this player be punished?: 3.16 - Me and Dwight Noland were raiding, Thomas Tufferson was responding and moving around but as soon as we took out zip ties he goes idling over a long period of time, being non responsive. In the clip provided you can see how he is moving around but as soon as the ties comes out he stops moving and responding. The clip was cut short but Tufferson was non responding for the entire duration of the raid after this.
