I had a detailed chat with Pedro, I explained 3.4 to him as he says he didnt quite understand it yet. Though Pedro has a recent 1 week ban for the same rule, so another ban will be issued lasting 3 days, this as he seems apologetic and the situation you were in @Sorle wasn't affected too much by his actions.
