Why should this player be punished?: Hello i was chasing a criminal that had an outstanding warrant, after gunpointing him - instead of instantly complying and being quiet to preserve his life (waiting for further orders) this person decided to yell "Nick i might be 10" 3 times before finally surrendering which is 3.4 as he should be quiet, wait for more orders especially under gunpoint.
Later the same person kept calling me fat, which is complete discrimination - after notifying him to calm himself down on LOOC he continued doing so saying the "steps are fucking cracking you fat fuck"

It is a roleplay situation that I was playing out as this is how my character would react to being arrested , as we are on a RP server last time I checked , Getting Called fat especially when your character is Skinny just shows that you took this out of the RP situation and took actual offence to it , which I apologies for but that is not my issue. In terms of the gunpoint situation I'm not quick with getting to my surrender but i still take full blame for that and will take any punishment that comes with it.
