After having spoken to Farid and reviewed the demo he provided on Discord, I found that Farid had a valid reason to kill you. It is not always possible to know whether the target has started a new life or not, so I could not constitute a 2.5 violation for this reason. However, 3.4 was clearly violated, Farid killed you while a police officer was within eyeshot of the crime and thus responded immediately.

I will still inform Farid that next time he should be more careful with his execution and do everything within his power to ensure that his target has not started a new life.

Farid will receive a 2-week ban for violating Rule 3.4.
3.4 – The user killed another player while in direct view of a police officer.
