Why should this player be punished?: 3.17 Confiscation
Police shall not confiscate any weapons or evidence when there is an immediate risk of harm - The user confiscated my M14 soon after I had died as far as I am aware the scene was not secure. The other van with planters was behind me when i shot cops and died.

The user also died 16seconds after confiscating

Sorry for the late reply.
My actions were solely based off of 4.6 specifically “Evidence is permitted to be confiscated if the officer is unable to watch over the evidence and leaving it where it is would risk it being tampered with by a member of the public.” If I recall correctly Jerome was in his van at the PPS intersection when Akeno, Cappe and I were patrolling the area that’s when we spotted his vehicle and it was pigged as belonging to a warranted suspect so we forced him to stop that’s where he got out and killed Akeno with said M14 EMS was called but there was no response from them and at that moment a raid at South Gate happened with multiple LEO life alerts going off and since I cannot respond to the situation with the weapon unattended the best course of action for me was to confiscate it and go backup the other officers

Forgot to mention the crime scene from where we were at was not under active gunfire at the time as me and cappe were just standing guarding the weapon and akenos body until EMS arrive which they did not

In response to Pug's reply, you two seem to have sorted this between you with no issues. I can confirm in logs that it was fine to confiscate as no one was nearby at the time and you needed to push forwards.
