Why should this player be punished?: The player clearly Broke 3.4 by running away under Gunpoint when told multiple times to stop and put their hands up instead they decided to run away causing them to die.

In this clip you can clearly see that while I was sprinting, he was still sprinting towards me, holding no gun, I am panicking and once I realize he had gunpointed me and was questioning myself confused out of my mind, I turn around, see the gun, go to put my hands up, and I get one tapped to the head, already bleeding out from being shot before hand, trying to find a spot to heal myself to not die.

And you can clearly see I didn't see any gun pointed at me, after reviewing the clip I can see where I went wrong but did stop 2 seconds later when understanding I was caught. In my POV he could have used non-lethal force like a taser since I was not openly holding any weapons.

When someone says Hands up behind you its pretty obvious ur being gun pointed and you should stop you decided to carry on running away claiming you didn't see me gunpoint you its obvious u didn't see me because you didn't even look when you should of looked.

Did you even look at the clip? You are also in the wrong for being unprofessional, killing me while I was clearly bleeding and trying to heal myself, and the FACT I STOPPED when I realized I was caught and put my hands up, you shot me without hesitation. So watch the clip next time before saying stuff mate.

Look when you said Hands up I said, "Hands up? Oh." at the mark 29 second mark, I realize I am being gunpoint I stopped and turned around 3 seconds later and I get shot in the head. You broke policyby shooting me in the head while I was not a active threat to life, I had no weapon in my hands, actively bleeding, and panicking.

‎@PhillippiEpic, while I understand you claim to have been panicking, the evidence shows you were fully aware of the situation. You had already been shot, are visibly armed, and were possibly being chased; in that context, it is common sense to assume the officer chasing you has their weapon drawn.

‎As shown in your own POV, you heard the command and even stated something along the lines of "Hands up? Oh." Despite this, you decided to sprint away instead of complying immediately. If your primary concern was to find a spot to bandage yourself, you could have done so when you were out of vision from the police department where you initially got shot, or simply asked the officer for help instead of running away.

‎While I appreciate that you did eventually try to comply and surrender, it was simply too late in this situation. This remains a violation of rule 3.4. Turning around once you realized you were violating the rule does not negate the initial failure to value your life.

Your allegations regarding the officer’s unprofessionalism and their choice of lethal force are shown in your POV, so if you believe the officer violated policy, you should file an Internal Affairs complaint.
‎If you need the information of the officer that initially shot at you near the police department, please send me a message.

‎@PhillippiEpic, You have received a 5-day ban, due to your recent 3.4 warning.
