Why should this player be punished?: We raided this user and when we got inside he must of ran downstairs or something for a minute as his drugs were on 23% drying and he appeared to be AFK, we gun pointed the user and proceeded to keep him gun pointed until he came back but when he did, he decided to ignore 3.4 and pull his gun out anyway attempting to kill us but failed.

He would not of had any possible chance to survive this and I checked his record, he has broken 3.4 a couple of times now so he must know the rule...?

I did make an F6 but he 'Appeared' to be AFK again when spoken to by an admin and I needed to sleep, hence why I wrote this AR.

Jaxon bale goes ahead to kill an officer over a road offence and proceeds to kill my friend for killing him earlier in a mug, so he revenge RDM my friend in a new life.

Oh look, AGAIN TODAY...?

I was online as an officer and was told someone just shot cops at Suburbs houses and was patrolling the Area looking for a Jaxon Bale, when I stumbled upon a car and checked the police computed for a description which matched. So I gun pointed him as he murdered an officer and he decided to break 3.4 AGAIN.

He did in the END comply but I don't understand how he expected to get away from the first gun point...?

1. Why did you decide to pull out your weapon when being gunpointed resulting in your death.
2. What did you kill the cop for and then later on the player at business street and bazaar, respectively.
3. Why did you drive away under clear gunpoint.

I have spoken to the user and informed him that an Action Request was open on him, he says he cannot access his Forums Account due to a verification email which he cannot access because the steam account he is using was purchased/is not originally his..?

I would request you ask him In-Game about his actions as it is only fair he gets to defend his case.
