Why should this player be punished?: So,we raided subs 7 and he heard mass shots and cops weere killed and he procceded to walk near the shootout.
When the warning shots were fired he procceded to stop,emote walk and then return back.

Same player was doing this to me when I was a SS for the mayor a couple days back , active shootout with attempted assassinatators and this dude is just walking around like nothing is going on even after being told to leave by PD 4 times

The guy was just there standing arround after i said to him to leave multiple times, i gave him many chances to leave.

He was just sat there staring at us while we were raiding and Killing cops , He had warnings shots and verbal commands to leave and still proceeded to spectate from an unsafe distance, I believe i actually killed him after a while.
