Why should this player be punished?: User pointed a grenade towards a group of people in spawn for no reason risking a ban for MRDM and 3.4 for putting his life at needless risk by making cops chase him.
Afterwards he started running towards the parking garage and threw a grenade inside completely disregarding anyones safety and risking an RDM ban because someone could be inside.
+ suicide RP for no reason

He then proceeded to mock me while i was arresting him so i shot him dead

I respawned after a raid and had a grenade in my pocket from the raid so I pull it out as I'm taking to my friends (the group of people) I then walk away from the group in which the 2 officer looked towards me and then officer Hughes proceeded to open fire while I had a grenade in my hand (I had no intention of MRDM, I have been enjoying myself since the unban) I thought it would make a good RP situation so I pulled the pin and ran from the crowded area so I didn't kill anyone since I didn't want my RP to interfere with the natural flow of the server (I wasnt going to kill myself since that breaks 3.4) they continuted to chase after shooting at me so i stopped and said i would get rid of it. I threw the grenade ontop on city garage which I admit was stupid but anyway. We started walking and I kept asking for a supervisor and my friends who saw the whole thing started argueing saying we were only joking around and that I wasnt going to actually throw it. In my opinion, I think this AR is just revenge for me getting him banned for breaking policies on cop. If you need anything else lmk

You didnt mention you had the grenade in your hand WITH THE PIN PULLED but it doesnt show on the demo while pointing it at the group in spawn

whilst i obviously agree with the discharge and stuff as the other cop on scene, the mocking of someones accent & grenade display is super unnecessary

I wasnt making fun of his accent since people make fun of my accent all the time and it fucking sucks. people also mock me for stuttering sometimes. I was merely repeating what he said in a nerd or joking manner.

I had the greande out, you shot me, i ran around the cornor and then I started to think i could make a good RP out of this so I pulled the pin to make a suicide RP (Which I wouldnt actually kill myself as it break 3.4 ive said already)

(involved) Liam accidentally pulled his nade out at spawn in a joking way towards me and a few others he is friends with and put it away soon after but due to that the mayor had seen and had to report it (he couldnt use the information that the mayor had reported it due to him typing it in gov radio which we are not allowed to see) PD eventually turned up, He ran away from the cops when he noticed them and they started shooting at him which initiated his "suicideRP" Liam never aimed the grenade towards the people at spawn with the pin pulled or any way of causing a "MassRDM" as stated, he pulled the pin as he was heading around the corner but threw it at a safe direction (being the roof of city garage as its unlikely there would be someone up there) and turned himself in to the police.

When the officer shot him out of spite due to the fact he was agitated there was no actual reason for the RDM which the officer had done, it was just frustration. Liam only pulled the pin of the nade once cops had started shooting due to having no other choice but surrender or pull the pin of the nade in his hand and had also no intention of "massrdming" due to the fact that he pulled the pin at a safe distance and also did not aim it towards the crowd but to me as a joke when he initially pulled it out than put it away straight after.

to add onto S-A-T's point about lau chong, he says "failrp" as a joke to the mayor which we are good friends with, there was no intention nor need to bring that up since it was purely a joke.

Ruining immersion? My brother in christ we legit just spawned in the spawn area, the only people there are AFK or us. Thats like getting the old fent yoga banned in the subs park because "they ruined my immersion from across the map"

The MRDM logic is flawed. A man walks near a group of people with a grenade "ATTEMPTED MRDM" then by that logic if i walk past a group of people with a SMG, AR or Shotgun in my hand, I should also be banned for that according to your logic. Finally, Attempted MRDM is for when someone is in the middle of a MRDM or has just started a MRDM and they get stopped. I was at the market for a solid 5 minutes like, if i was going to MRDM (Which i wasnt) I would have done it a long fucking time before cops showed up.
