if you watch my clip you can clearly see that i wouldve never even see these guys they were visible on my screen for a few frames and i was focused at looking on your car and also i saw a guy still sitting at the 2 cars parked next to the forest so i didnt think they got out i thought they were waiting to kill me because you were evading me so much

yes, evading due to the fact we were initiating a raid on a property and u came and provided a false ticket with no evidence of me "failing to stop"? u than make an action request with no reasoning after i was nice enough to stop mid raid initiation to let u ticket me. there was literally no arrest done or no longer ticket for "failure to stop" like u said? i didnt fail to stop coming down to subs offramp that was a different vehicle mate
