Why should this player be punished?: i got RDM. We were outside the base making a video with some people, and then i got knocked out by a sniper without warning.

Yes, you were outside a boarded up base, with a gun on your back (We can assume that you could have drugs in there as it is boarded up). You were in the confines of the property as you were in the driveway which falls under the property boundaries. I am allowed to start a raid by shooting people who are known to be armed. You had a gun on your back.

so how did you know that im the owner of the property or i live in that property you cant just kill every one you see when you are raidng

That's up to the high level admin to decide and when we raid we don't kill randomly anyone just because they are standing outside we follow rules so does everyone must do
