Yeah , your org member broke 3.4 by saying and im quoting: "Yeah , im putting my hands up" over a phone call , by this he put his live at severe risk. I also gped you on your porch and you kept backing away , also not following my orders.

  • Why did you kill the man in the second clip even though he had put his hands up? (I know you told me in-game, but if you could provide a clip of your pov here it would be greatly helpful).
  • Why did you gun-point the man on the porch and forced him into the property?
  • Why did you open fire against the unarmed man in clip one?

  • Why did you continue talking with your friend over the phone for a couple of seconds despite being under gun-point?

  • Why did you stall for so long when he instructed you to unlock all the doors?

You all have 72 hours to respond. Please make sure that all the comments you provide regarding the incident are constructive, truthful, useful, and that the Action Request does not turn into an argument.

As you already mentioned @Vollgas , it was an accident by shooting at him which you already clarified , and the guy didnt put his hands up on my POV aswell as he said and im quoting: "Im putting my hands up" over a phone call , Here is the first clip: https://medal.tv/de/games/garrys-mod/clips/kokNVZQJoz3GWxmZe?invite=cr-MSxTNVcsMjIwMjM2NTgw. Here is the second clip of the incident aswell: https://medal.tv/de/games/garrys-mod/clips/kokLAFeoQ-XIDUoWx?invite=cr-MSxVWmwsMjIwMjM2NTgw Right the guy on the front porch kept backing away aswell breaking 3.4 , while i told him to unlock all the doors

@Policeman You showed me the clip where in your game it did not show the other person surrendering, due to this I will not be issuing a punishment. You should not have shot the unarmed person at the door, but I will not be issuing a punishment over that either given how he should not have been there in the first place and you did not kill him. However, in the future, please be more careful when opening fire, as it is your responsibility to make sure you do not shoot unarmed people. Lastly, I do not believe 5.6 was broken during this situation.

@Jorgos While you did talk over the phone while under gun-point, all you said was that you were putting your hands up. Given how you were not given any instructions not to speak, and how you really did not give any specific information regarding your condition or location, I am not going to be issuing a punishment, as I do not have any evidence that there was ill intent on your end. However, next time surrender immediately, as making your friends aware of the fact that you are in distress while under gun-point can lead to you being shot, which goes against 3.4.

@jimb0 The moment shots were fired, since you were unarmed and the police were on-scene, you should have fled. Instead, you stood still for about 3 seconds and then decided to take a peek into the house. That is a breach of rule 3.4, and it's what led to you being gun-pointed. When the armed gunman instructs you to do something you must comply, but instead you decided to back away and stall while in no position to do so. While being gun-pointed, you can be heard saying that you are not inside the property. If you believe a rule is being broken, you must still follow the rules to your best ability and make an F6 report when you get the chance without disrupting Roleplay, as dictated by rule 2.6. Given your 3.4 record, I will be issuing you with a 1-week ban.
