Why should this player be punished?: As I respawned and drove back to my base at SG, I noticed a foreign vehicle at the front. I opened the back door and killed @Policeman. When I went inside the base, I saw that all of our drugs had been harvested by the raider early into the raid.

I am pretty sure most of the drugs were NOT ready as well.

Involved: It would seem as I mentioned making "A f6" in LOOC, he decided to DC to possibly avoid being confronted ingame, presuming they got off a 2month ban less than 24hours ago?

Also been told there was a report open on him for evading cops for no reason, claiming he was "10 toes" @kerzify @Steve Phromkraft

Yea the 10 toes bit, I was on patrol w Marcus Antonius and Mike Knockers when we saw a green mclaren (Roger Halpern) driving wrong so we as RTU tried pulling him over. He saw us, said "Am I 10 toes? oh yeah i am fuck that" or something and fled. We was legit pulling him over for speeding and at most driving without due care. Later on he was involved in an rtc and at the cells said in looc that cause he screamed hes 10 toes he has the right to kill us, claimed he raided slums trailer but no one responded (no life alerts, no break in alarms, no dna). im no expert but im pretty sure he broke 3.4 here by fleeing over a speeding/driving w out due care charge.
