Why should this player be punished?: We were trying to make a deal with coca leaves, and the one time I stand uncareful and trusting as I remembered to have done a deal with him before he honored(Which I guess he didn't), he decided to scam me and drive off, he then disconnected according to @Ezza only 6 minutes after scamming me, whilst I was looking for him.

He scammed me of 2 million.

@A1L What happend is I scammed Jack drove off and was hiding for over 20 minutes he didn't find me and then logged off because I really had to.

The user was told to return a partial refund of the money, and the user decided to rather accept a ban for his actions. He will stay banned until the money is removed
