Why should this player be punished?: he killed me because I couldn't remove a wheel clamp off a stranger's car, he is a new player but should know better.

I just watched the clip…… it doesnt show when i go shot. Exactly after the end of the clip he shot me. If you need full clip please let me know.

Just for the future reference, you remove the wheelclamp by pressing R on the car with wheelclamp in your hands.

Pops has responded via in-game report.

It is clear that @sasuke0115 was not lying when he stated that he had no idea how to unclamp a vehicle. (Press R with the clamp tool) Placing a wheel clamp on your vehicle does not give you any reason whatsoever to kill him in this particular context.
Pop's response in their report does not absolve them of wrongdoing, and is insufficient reasoning for their actions.

For this reason, Pops is receiving a warning.


@sasuke0115, a short investigation into the logs reveals that you made no attempt to contact the police at the scene for permission to tow the vehicle. You had no legal right to clamp the vehicle at the Bazaar. Police permission is mandatory when you're looking to clamp a vehicle not parked in a roadway and blocking it. This beetle was parked out of the main road, making it ineligible for automatic towing as defined in rule 4.4.

@sasuke0115, you have received a warning for violating rule 4.4. Please see to it that you do not clamp vehicles without police permission.
