Why should this player be punished?: Coming back after their property was raided, whilst EMS was still on scene etc, stole weapons to hide. I breached the door and found the guns, he had gotten multiple weapons to confess which he refused, and he would've just gotten away with a fine, maybe even just a verbal warning. Due to me having to breach I decided to arrest him.

Something happend right below us in Slums I had to divert my attention to and because of me being alone, he took the chance to run off. Whilst I was still on scene, and he knew he was being chased(His friends even told him that cops was leaving and that he could come back), he ran back into the property and hid inside, despite knowing for a fact we was searching for him, and also the fact he knew I knew that he lived there since I had quite literally just arrested him from in there after having shown keys.

In the end they had planted drugs and the whole situation which could've been solved with a small fine ended up with a shootout where I believe he died.

First of all, i came back to my property after the NLR timer and i asked a officer outside slums that was patroling if its safe to go inside and if its clear, he sayd that hes going to ask dispacher and then gave me a go ahead so i thought it was clear, it wasnt my fault that a officer told me the scene is over and that there was not a single cop on scene who did a proper search for the property to confiscate the guns, the scene was a body cleanup that was going for an end and then i saw few guns laying around in the middle of the apartment that nobody gave a fuck about, so i just hid them and went off with my day. Later on this guy decides to breach the property and threatens me with a report and with a ban that i stored the guns and was talking bunch of crap to pressure me into giving them back, i started denying the accusations of me storing them and then he just makes up his mind and breaches it. After that scene he starts dragging me while i am in handcuff and just in the middle of process of the dragging gets involved in a completely different situation and leaves me unattended so i just run back in handcuffs to my apartment and later on i hear them saying that he put a warrant on me and he will later on hes going to breach with no proof of me being inside. Since i had a warrant now on me i was granted the option to a shootout to void an arrest and thats what i did.
