Why should this player be punished?: clear 3.4, was going to get him to open doors for me to kill mayor but he did not comply even once. I had told him when i first gp him to not say anything or I shall kill him, he did not listen and decided his life didnt mater ig. this resulted in me having to fight pd and dying . I do not have a clip with my mic but u can hear him saying he will say what he wants and wont comply

No i don't. However, from the start of the gp i told him "hands up dont say a word" and u can tell i said that because he said "I'll say whatever tf i want"

I have spoken with @ramirez320946 in-game. They have failed to comply whilst under gunpoint, completely ignoring and dismissing specific commands to stop speaking.

@ramirez320946 will be issued a 3 day ban for breaking 3.4;
