Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 - Ran over an active shooter in a shootout that she was in no way involved with - could be argued as an accident but was incredibly poor driving & situational awareness if so. Wasn't going particularly fast and could've reacted very easily but instead just barrelled into me, knocking my gun out of my hand. Looks very intentional - did not try to swerve at all and instead actually slows down and swerves into me and my car.

Then after this, instead of staying far away from the shooting as would be reasonable, decides to run up behind my car while I'm trying to reposition to pick up my gun safely and blocks me, preventing me from being able to move my car again in order to pick up my gun. This second part is what makes me believe that the first part was intentional - it genuinely seems like someone just trolling because the actions are so unreasonable and inexplicable.

My reaction time to seeing you and the shootout was bad, but completely unintentional. I did not mean to hit you, you are on the highway. I got out and surrender due to the shootout. (probably should have just ran away, or drove back on the highway.) As for invading your space and getting close to your car. The person who was cuffed (i assume your friend or org member), said "you better give him keys". so that's why i even got close to you.

I honestly don't know if i broke any rules, but i wasn't purposefully trying to sabotage your shootout.

the initial crash can be understood if it was genuinely unintentional, but you don't have to get close to me to give me keys and put yourself at danger, you can use the f4 menu - i get the idea and i don't really mind too much, but the way you went about it wasn't the best

@2ratskissing why did you remain in the area instead of driving/running away and why did you approach Sorle instead of remaining behind your vehicle for cover, getting closer to the shootout, further endangering your life?

Running towards him to give him keys was not a good response and is putting my characters life at risk. I see that I made a mistake by getting close to him and I won't make that mistake again.
