Why should this player be punished?: Player threatened me with a Molotov and after being warned i would react he threw it killed me and a bunch of other people near by

i said where is my comp and was messing with him he said if i dont stop he will have to act and then he pulled out a gun and i thought he was going to shoot me and i a Molotov at him i didint kill a bunch of ppl one of my friends walking in and i had to rez him tho

You should not be throwing any explosives or incendiaries if there are other players nearby.

Bombs and molotovs are powerful tools in PERPHeads, however, they can also be very destructive. You must not make use of these chaos-engendering devices unless doing so is significantly beneficial to you and will not impact the property of people who are uninvolved.

Using the molotov to kill him here was not beneficial to you at all and will cause uninvolved players to either die, get their car exploded or not being able to access Storage.
For this reason @theop will be getting a 2 week ban as he has a significant history with rule 2.5.
