So there was the assumption that DNA had been placed on others but not yourself?Lowk thought we were chill and I assumed there wasn’t instant DNA so was gonna chat with you but guess not
I was simultaneously checking whether our base was about to be raided based on his actions and words - Valid for the purpose of not being caught off by guard and flashbanged by PD Zerg.
I was in car he was on foot so I was relatively safe and so was my freedom.

I’m not saying you should do this everytime, I am saying that you should do this when there isn’t significant evidence of there being a significant arrest

You said in another message that you assumed DNA had been placed, and now you’re saying you assumed it hadn’t
Instant dna* - DNA or witness was an inevitability
This really isn’t this deep it was a simple miscommunication and it’s spiralled into a 2 page AR for no reason

@Teemo - I have checked your logs and your last kill prior to this situation was at 15:22 hours and you then died at 15:39 hours. When dying, any DNA/Warrant on you disappears so I'm not sure how you have come to the conclusion that you could be warranted. You were then cuffed at 16:13 hours which you had not killed anyone since being alive despite you stating otherwise within this action request.
- Can you please explain why you thought you were wanted?
- I can also see in logs which I quote you said, "[Org] [GS9 ] 10 outside", why would you say this if you had not killed anyone since spawning in within your new life?
I think it's fair to say that Roos would obviously begin shooting cops when you put that in org chat as he should be able to trust his organisation members to not provide false information about them being arrested for a serious offence.

Forgive me if I’m wrong here but DNA show up if you finish people off right? You don’t have to be the original killer?
I tapped minimum 1 cop on the highway that killed roos that was in a command car, and I’m 99% sure I tapped the RTU that was dead in the back door.
- My statement was never that I killed people my exact quote from this AR was “I’d finished off atleast 2 cops to my knowledge” - now if this proves to be false then that’s a lapse of memory on my side.
Furthering the reason for assuming I could be wanted was us taking the EMS hostage, me directly communicating with EMS while holding him at gunpoint during which my name was used by several of my org members to identify me and the EMS would also have had a clear description of me to provide to police. I had full and valid reason to believe I could be wanted and that the reasoning behind the arrest could be linked to the PD raid.
The “10 maybe” also isn’t a definite 10 call out - if I outright used an org code word or said 10 KOS that’s more understandable but the key part was ‘maybe’ as I was still trying to determine whether I was being arrested for reckless driving or because of DNA which is a fair and just assumption and I wanted to alert org to my arrest.
I believe Roos’ actions were fully justified from his end and it was simply a miscommunication which is unfortunate for Tyler and I apologise he had to go through the boring death screen but mistakes do happen and this was simply a mistake with no malice.
