Why should this player be punished?: Upon raiding silently in their base, the player Roo Russel pulled a weapon under clear unpoint risking his life and losing it when he should have put his hands up and Ricky Flip completely refused to care about their life, asking me to kill them and denying the zip tie request at gunpoint willingly. They both died for their actions. If possible I would like both their items as I got out and escaped to my friends apartment. A cop later found me as he was camping the building and got me and took my gun when I was going to leave since my friend who owned the base was getting off to review a demo. I would like my gun back too as I only lost it due to me having to shoot them for breaking 3.4 and the cops would have never known about the situation otherwise as I did it silently

Also approximately an hour later, a player who was wielding a Barret 50 cal was killing people at storage and I believe this was Roo Russel as I saw him holding the gun at storage and multiple people calling him out for "Mass rdm". One of the players who told me he was mrdming (Jamy Hallsack) was blown away by a 50 cal right in front of me and then I died to that same gun a second later. This happened around 1:05 AM EST. I never gave him KOS on me.
