Why should this player be punished?: Amy was throwing snowballs at my car windshield so I nudged him with the car without injuring him. I was trying to leave the parkinglot but I reversed on to the wall so I had to go forward and turn to the left. Because my car is so fast when I hit the gas to go forward I accidentally hit Amy throwing him to the ground. This was never my intention as I was just trying to leave the parking lot. He then get in a car with Emyterasu. Emyterasu Shoots and disables my car and kill me when I get out of my car. I don't think their actions were proportionate and they broke rule 2.5 Excessive Negativity by killing me over minor or accidental actions.

Plus its obvious its not accidental. you pulled out a bat on me bro. It looked intentional and to be honest you were the one breaking 2.5 in this situation. you ran me over and pulled a bat out without avalid reason. The reason for me killing you seems to me and looks to me valid. leaving it up to staff..

Seeing as you'd intentionally struck them over a snowball, admitted by yourself, They have no reason to dismiss the second hit as an accident, especially since you sped off afterwards.

I dunno what reason you'd have to decide to drive back straight after getting shot either.
