Why should this player be punished?: The user approached us about 5 minutes after we had helped him find Hicktown and said his mate(s) in Bunker had told him to come and take our money. We were both government employees, meaning we can't be mugged. We were also not in a muggable zone so he had no reason to attempt to mug us even if we weren't. The user then decided to kill both of us. We had 1% sales tax and no policies that would allow him to kill us.
