I pulled over James Cage for running a red light. He pulled over at subs monorail. I got run over by what I'm assuming is his buddies then got into his vehicle and ran off. I then gunpointed the vehicle that ran me over (Steam Name AWasteOfTime) and was murdered by someone with the Steam Name Minion Floyd

Well if he's down on the ground 3.4 wouldn't really apply right? i wasn't under direct gunpoint and i think i still had a 7+ year warrant out so it was risky allround i think. But else my bad yeah sorry i panicked.

Rule 3.4 is one of the most significant rules we have due to the wide range of situations it applies to. It doesn’t only limit to being held at gunpoint but also includes scenarios where you evade the police for little to no reason.

In this case, the officer explicitly told you that he was only going to issue a ticket for running a red light and was trying to handle it quickly. You were aware that you would receive a ticket and then be free to leave. However, by initiating a pursuit, you not only risked your life but also faced potential imprisonment, which falls under 3.4. So driving away in this situation was unjustified and you should not have done it. A likely outcome would have been the officer would start pursuing or handling the person who ran him over and not you.

@Minion Floyd will receive a 2 day ban for killing the officer without a justified reason and failing to investigate the situation properly.
@AWasteOfTime will receive a 4 day ban for running over the cop and deliberately trying to start a pursuit and failing to comply under gunpoint. He also failed to provide information despite checking the AR several times.
