Why should this player be punished?: Subject (03:17) left while being in handcuffs after he was caught and arrested for stealing a vehicle.
During the clip you can see Mr. Pendragon fleeing in the stolen EVO that was reported by automated system as he went on the wrong side of the highway traveling towards the Parker Tunnel police shortly lost sight of the suspect for a couple of minutes. As I was approaching the Business District Junction again Mr. Pendragon can clearly be seen running back and forth after he's caused a vehicle collision in the attempt to once again travel the wrong direction on the highway but failed to do so as he caused a crash.
As I had both pursued Mr. Pendragon and spoken to the owner of the other vehicle Michael Thesanta, whom I had dealt with 5-10 minutes prior to this incident I could therefor further conclude that Mr. Pendragon was lying as he was matching the description of the individual whom had stolen or at least were driving the stolen EVO at the time of the chase and the crash.
Let it be known for the record that they also broke character multiple times as can be heard in the video around (02:04)
