User was driving a PPS truck was clock going 43 in a 30 zone, when stopped started with a nice atitude and when i was going to give the ticket he decided to jump inside the pps vehicle and continues keep playing music and with the engine on, after being told mutiple times to turn it off he decided to get out and was going to be arrested for 6.5

I do apologize for what happened mind before i turned that corner i just had got a ticket for something i didn't do i was frustrated in the moment

Since his record is pretty clean and he has been apologetic, I will only be issuing a warning and a short Courier blacklist. The user should remember that disconnecting to avoid arrest goes against rule 3.20, and that failing to comply with a legal order issued by a LEO goes against rule 4.6. The user also told you to suck his dick, but I do not believe it warrants a warning for 2.8 this time, as it was not said in a sexual context nor with sexual connotations, but the user should also bear in mind that expressions like that can get him in trouble further down the line.
