Why should this player be punished?: After doing a bank robbery that I assume no police responded to (because we were busy with another situation and hardly any of us on), the two individuals decided to drive around the city for a good 30-40 minutes intentionally baiting cops with guns on their back in order to, multiple times, just get out and start KOS'ing cops, at one point even making a 911 call giving their location away.
