Why should this player be punished?: Tyrone morris and a woman i dont know the name of, stood and spectated their property getting raided. There was a cop on scene and there was a shootout ongoing buy they still stood there in the middle of it. Tyrone morris was even closer to the shots than the cop. He stood on the 1st floor, very close to his apartment getting raided while his friend stood in the doorway downstairs. The cop feared more for his life, being in the ground floor/staircase, presumebly because he was waiting for backup.

Then the cop went down and sat in his car, maybe checking if there were any alive units or something, and then the 2 people imediatly sprinted up and tried to kill the raiders. They didnt remotely check to see if the cop was still there, which he was. he indeed ran up right after, but died himself also.

Later, half the people from their org, most of them i think died in the raid earlier, stood and spectated the shootout as well. Even after being shot at, they still stood there, one of them got hit in the torso but only took a light step back and didnt leave.

Some of the cops that died, even respawned and responded again, which i assume was becuase some of them called the police, despite their nlr on the situation. Can you check the logs and this to see if anyone and who called the cops?

I will add as a sidenote, some of us did immediately back off when shot at (I did at least), for whatever reason you decided to stall this raid even after having moved drugs, unnecessarily causing more police to show up and having to shoot them. Because you took so long and there was so many periods where it had seemed like the raid was over without a lack of gunfire, some of us obviously came over and assumed it was over. This raid took in the realm of 20-30 minutes when you could have literally moved everything in about 10 minutes. I don't really believe you took much care for your own life here either with these warning shots when you knew there was no police around anymore but you say there for 2-3 minutes just shooting at us for the sake of it even when we were about a good 50 metres away from the shootout (which wouldn't surprise me if It caused more police to show up which they did, you have stated this yourself). Additionally no one had called any police officers after we had died.

We were debating what to do with the guns. We were also worried that you were gonna flank us, and as i mentioned, some of you were on the phone with what we assumed was the police. We also were aware of the fact that you probably just wanted to see where we lived so you could raid us again. For the "2-3 minutes" we were still transporting guns and figuring out what to do next, and we actually got flanked twice doing the raid. And you are absolutely right, alot of you backed of immediately but there were still 2-3 standing there, one of them after getting hit with a bullet.

So I know I died, but when I asked why it took so long, they said there were constantly new flanks and cops kept coming back to the scene. That was the only explanation I got, and something about Tyroen Morris

A. "Some of us on phones" We can't all be on the phone with the police. It is very natural for us to return eventually after a raid has ended so we can see if it was safe to enter. We kept an extremely safe distance. I would honestly argue you break 2.5/3.4 by shooting these warning shots at us, as police ended up showing up. If you're so worried of a flank speed up and secure everything not stand there and stall?

B. We already knew where you live, you made that clear about an hour ago and you don't ever whisper in voice chat! Even before the raid. We had known about your location ever since we bought tidal 101 lol.

C. What are you debating? Just move the guns like you moved the drugs lol.

some of you stood in the road earlier with what looked like the police app open. some minutes later tfu come rolling in and we kill them. We also got flanked by someone, dont remember if it was before or after all of you stood out there, and for all we knew some of you could have been talking with the flankers and giving them information. right so multiple things
1 - the cop left to his car and he looked like he was leaving.
2 - I was not involved with anything after that point
3 - this AR is clearly a petty excuse at causing issues, where my org and me have given time and the unfortunate energy trying to defend from someone that quite frankly has got plenty of experience making AR’s with little evidence
4 - You also as pointed out by barry broke 2.5 by staying there way longer then required, you stayed there to and i quote “we where debating what to do with the guns” which is a completely pointless and stupid thing to do, shooting at us, and then engaging PD breaking both 2.5 / 3.4 as shooting at them while standing at a safe distance just because you thought we would call the PD.

I am quite frankly completely frustrated with how you and it seems to be only you have some sort of issue, I could sit (well I'm lying hear currently after trying to make a headache go away, but you get my point) you have been making perpetual AR’s that have backfired, it even got to a point where we both got forum warned about it from lewis, if I'm being honest I'm am so sick and fed up of dealing you your stupidity and your addiction to making perpetual claims against me and against the org I'm in. Even public opinion has spotted how you only go for me

Right so seeing a cop moving AWAY, from a thing I went and countered, You then make this pathetic exeuse of a AR no matter what you say, I in my opinion broke no rules the cop never told me to leave, While I pointed my gun at a cop granted I got told there was no more cops on scene by my org member, Which i then put my gun away and told him that it was my appartment I then went away from the scene, my property was actively being raided, so if anything I was directly involved, I kept my distence from the shootout and made sure the cop was not there when i made my move

I stayed nearby but I did not interfere at all, The officer left when I went to go downstairs to sort something, Which is when i chose to strike.
For the record, I was not in the crowd of people waiting to get back into there property, They where outside, No matter what they did not serve as a threat, which caused more cops which is "Not taking precautions to avoid Police attention or leaving the area after committing crimes." Worrying about weapons is not a valid exuse to stay in the area of a crime for near enough half an hour, causing another shootout.

You have and kept going on and on and on I am going to tell you this for the record, I want nothing to do with you, and nothing to do with you as a whole, you keep dragging me into revenge AR's over and over and over again. Because people have seen how petty this is, And it is very much so just completely bang outta order.

On your reason 3 you claim you didn’t know what to do with the guns but you claim in another message that you had already moved the drugs so why didn’t you move the guns like everybody else would?
