1 was already pissed off at you for mocking my voice, you are being a pretentious twat and honestly you are starting to really get on my nerves

2 you put my freedom in direct risk as you could have used the video to get me arrest or my friends arrested as we where raiding, which constitues 11.11

I will grab my demo to prove what im saying but if u have nothing to hide why did u cut the part where you did a /me records on phone to make it seem like i just RDM’ed you, i feel like this constitutes a 1.6 break as you told a half truth to get some form of punishment without giving the full story
 
id like to mention as a witness (as seen in the clip) Antonio montanna broke 1.2 as he also mocked aloo for how he spoke in his own language, as well as mocking tyrone for his voice without any reason other than that antonio was upset, my demo has all this to show that he was mocking aloo for the way he speaks by making silly continuos noises in a mocking manner when aloo was speaking, i would be happy to later on submit this evidence if needed by pulling my demo and recording it. as well as how they both ran towards active crowbarring inside projex with no confirmation it was them being raided leading to them being gunpointed.
 
I would Like to add that I was being mocked for 20 minutes for being danish + my accent, one of you also unprovoked started punching me to try and start a fight. I did not try to Tell half a truth it just wouldn’t matter if I included the prior 5 minutes because you still shot a man on his way out with his hands up
 
Lets stick to what we know and what you reported, not just things that i personally cant prove, and that you have not proven in your AR.
1 - You still said and i quote "I've got it all on recording" making it clear you would use the evidence aganst me, Which then makes me shoot you.
2 - You have blatently lied, stated that I RDM'ed you for no reason, this is false, I killed you as you whitnessed me do a raid which caused me to shoot you
3 - I sware you broke charater, because did someone not smash your phone and your still seen with it
4 - I do not know about the things that where said other then you attacking me for no reason, If i was to know i would have said so, as unlike you I have nothing to hide.

So lets make things clear for your brain to understand (Edited at reques)

YOU INTENTIONALLY GOT YOURSELF KILLED, BY THREATING MY FREEDOM BY TRYING TO RECORD ME FOR ETHER YOUR ORG OR THE PD, AND BY SAYING YOU HAVE IT ALL ON RECORDING YOU INTENTIONALLY SET YOUSELF UP FOR YOUR DEATH, ALSO BECAUSE YOU DID NOT GET ALL THE FACTS AND BASICLLY LEFT SHIT OF THE AR, IM ACCUSING YOU OF 1.6

1. I think you should have done something different than to shoot someone just because they have a phone recording of you. maybe make them delete it, delete it yourself, break the phone or threaten them
2. I have not blatently lied, if your referring to me saying "no reason" thats because i think that is no reason at all to shoot a civillian for.
3. Someone did "/me snatches phone" from 5 meters away from me, which i did "/me snatches back" to

You shot me because i had a recording of you on my phone which is diabolical

Hears the clip from my demo mate enjoy my shitposting as this guy is being silly, I would also request you lock this till a decision can be made as this back and forth is making my head spin and i have done enough shitposting, Again i accuse this guy of breaking charater putting his life at risk, and lying to staff

Very cool effects indeed i can see you spent a lot of time on that, you still shot an guy trying to get out with his hands up. When did i break character and when did i lie to staff if i may ask

There was a reason - You where recording us commiting a crime, hence putting my life at risk, then said "I still have a recording", breaking 3.4 you put your own life at risk for little to no gain - You lied about the reason to staff giving little to no context behind the encounter painting me in a bad light just for shooting you when I had reasons too. (Also broke charater by keeping a phone that was snatched IC)
 
i didnt stay there screaming, i walked slowly out backwards because i was being gunpointed and was afraid of my life.
 
As you was walking down the statirs you kept shouting I’m recording this also at the end of your clip you can be heard saying I’m recording
 
you said it once and nearly another 2 times as you walked towards the door you said and I quote "luckily I got it on recording" any reason why you would say this when you know someone has a gun aimed at you

But I don’t understand why you would say it knowing your life is gonna be put at risk massively because the shooters don’t want there identity given to the police

Tyrone had full right to kill you as you wouldnt stop telling them your recording
