Why should this player be punished?: Speedy clearly is waiting outside his NLR zone (3.5 New Life Rule). As it states "While waiting for their NLR timer to run out, players should not wait in the vicinity of their NLR zone and should stay a reasonable distance away." This is clearly not done by speedy as he is waiting outside his NLR zone and then goes straight into a car owned by the friends that just performed the raid. (they must wait at least 5 minutes (a countdown is provided) before they may either return to the place where they died and/or interact with the situation) This is also a rule break as he runs into a drug transport that was done/raided in his past life.
