You are right that it's not really the most realistic thing to start bouncing up and down, presumably to avoid being shot in the head, but the situation shown doesn't really warrant a ban, or a warning, if you ask me.
Instead, I will ask @Speedy to reconsider being a bouncy ball. If you need to crouch to improve your accuracy, that's fine, but repeatedly bouncing up and down in the middle of a fight is not something you should be doing.
