yea i dont know why you made a report sombody ina pink truck shot me when i saw him again he was at city gastation i shot him then sombody pulled up(the person who made the action reqeust) picked up his gun witch i was gonne take takes it so i shoot him ask him for a longer clip that is not a long enough clip

i shot a person now police wil come to it im trying to get in and out and when he decided to mind grab it i shot him like idk why he even crying i shot sombody wanted to take what he dropped and you picked it up and started running away so he gets dropped how can i give a warning from so far away and him running like clear case of ming grab idk what i need to say more you do stupid shit stupid shit happens

The user you killed clearly did not have any idea of what was going on, due to the position the body was in and the fact that it seemed no one else was around, it seems reasonable the player may have died to their own car crushing them, you should have clearly seen they just pulled up, considering no one was around, it seemed that the danger was over, all they had done was pick up a shovel, this is not an adequate excuse to kill someone without any prior warning, if you really did want to avoid police detection, you should have just left.

2.5 - User killed another player as they had just picked up a shovel from somebody the user had killed prior, however, it should have been clear that the player they shot for this had no idea of any danger as they had just arrived at the gas station.
