Why should this player be punished?: player broke server rule 2.5

shot and killed me for no valid reason, id never actually engaged in any negative RP or had any engagement with the player until i was shot

they went AFK and timed out with a report so had to make action request

the tab menu has been blurred as i was killed while looking at tab menu info

@Lucius Husky everyday since this players been active on the server, has not responded to the AR despite being asked in LOOC by a member of staff to respond or it would be accepted, continued to play disregarding the info given to him by staff yesterday to respond.

@MartKrab since you purposely ignored this AR after being told to respond by @Spitti-Loki and myself in-game, 1.6 will be added aswell together with 2.5.

MartKrab also just received a warning for 2.5, taking this into account a 1 week ban will be issued.
