Why should this player be punished?: Both users got out of the vehicle and failed to follow orders under gunpoint in a situation infront of bunker, Jacob's side could be debated a bit and therefore i dropped him inside the action request aswell.

But Edward Sexton failed to follow orders under gunpoint no doubt which resulted in his death and the death of one of our guys. Both of them pulled guns out and quickly died.

After seeing Jacob Widefoot's POV, I feel like it was too much of a close call and it would be unfair to take action against him. He was able to use his van as cover and pulled out his weapon just before he was properly held at gunpoint.

Edward Sexton is different. I would like to hear why he decided to pull out a weapon. Since he does not have a forum account linked, I will contact him through Discord.

As mentioned above, after seeing Jacob Widefoot's POV, I feel it was too much of a close call to determine a 3.4 violation. I believe he pulled out his weapon just in time before being properly held at gunpoint; as his character happened to step out on the opposite side, he was in cover.

I was able to get into contact with Edward Sexton. He admitted that he panicked during the situation and was very upfront about the incident.

Edward Sexton will be issued a warning for Rule 3.4.
