Why should this player be punished?: Player actively risked his life while being chased for stealing a vehicle, failed to comply multiple times under gunpoint and than drew his weapon in attempts to shoot me over a sentence worth less than 7 years. Also continued yelling "you gonna shoot me" while running away under direct gunpoint.

I thought I was going to get a 7 years or more sentence for the crimes I had already comitted so I appologise for shooting you if that wasn't the case. I don't really have an excuse for the fact I ran, I know you stated you have a shotgun but I never checked I assumed you would of actually being chasing with a night stick since I hadn't posed a threat to you yet. I should have made a better effort to confirm if I was being gunpointed and I should have made a better effort to value my life which I clearly didn't. All I can say is I am sorry to you for breaking these rules and I am sorry to the staff that have to deal with this.

I thought that the fact that I was being a risk to life as per the shotgun meant that he was going to give me a longer sentence. I thought that this came from the reckless driving and the evasion, because of the risk to life I had already posed I thought thats why he had his shotgun. Turns out thats not the case untill I did pull out the gun.

The user was held at gunpoint by an officer. Even after being made aware that it was clearly a gun being pointed at him, he still decided to flee. Additionally, he pulled out a firearm and attempted to shoot the officer for a crime that was not punishable by seven or more years.

The user will recieve a 2-Day ban.
3.4 - The user kept running despite being gunpointed by a police officer, then pulled out a firearm and attempted to shoot the officer over a crime not punishable by 7 or more years.
