The entire situation was me,

@Bindex¹ (Pope) at that time, I had no idea you and Yaro were involved. This situation was going on long before you had joined. The Pope literally almost killed me twice. Pope already told me he was going to kill me. When you came around that corner out of nowhere, you guys started shooting my car immediately.
I returned later to check up on Dick Harris, maybe he left, who knows. So, I came back. I thought the Pope saw me, pulled out a gun and tried to shoot me. I had no idea he was gunpointing the cop to get you out of cuffs. I had no idea you were in cuffs at all. As you know, 4 min after this, you literally started killing PD just free me and
@Bindex¹ . Me and the Pope were literally working it out in the cop car. All was well afterwards. I literally only shot Pope, because I thought he was going to kill me in that moment.

@Bindex¹ can back me up on this. That I meant nothing bad. I did not mean to do anything bad to you guys.
I do not understand why you didn't reach out to me personally about it, for example LOOC or something else. I would really like to work this out with eachother in DMs or something. I just really do not want to be banned. I finally got an RTU practical tomorrow at 8PM. I literally just got time off from school and other stuff. I really do not want to be banned. I know we can work this out together, I do not mind how. I can reimburse you, I do not mind, as long as there is no ban.
Clarifications:
- I did not kill Yaroslaw, check the logs and my clips. I had no intention of killing him. I was not even sure if he was fully involved.
- I did not shoot the Pope for KOS. I shot the Pope in that moment, because I thought he was going to kill me.
- I returned to peep on the Pope. When I saw him pull out a gun, I got scared. That's why I shot. As you see in my clip, I was peeping on you guys.
- We (Pope, Dick Harris, Sarah, Zoe Quicker and me) have been doing dumb stuff like that the entire time. We have been messing with the Pope continuously. This was not a KOS tryhard moment for me.

You can easily understand my thought process. He sees me, he grabs a gun and it looks like he is pointing at me. In that moment, I did not even hear 'You are under gunpoint'.
