Why should this player be punished?: I was gonna go gamble at casino and when I walked out of my apartment, and Pulled my gun out to be safe so no one tries to gunpoint me outside. I looked to the right and I get gunned down for no reason whatsoever

I had already made a move at that moment, but my little monkey broke, so I retreated a bit and waited. When I headed back toward the door, I saw them come out.

At first, I tried opening the door twice with the monkey wrench, and they were talking, so they couldn't hear me. When the monkey wrench broke, I backed away, and when I went to open the door again, I saw that they had left.

We were quiet at sometime and we did not hear any lockpick break. Lockpick breaks are loud and we didn't hear it at all.

@humanist30 After reviewing the demo it is pretty clear that you did not attempt to break in a single time, from the moment you arrived at tidals you went through the entire building aiming your weapon around any corner you could.

Then once Nova exited their apartment you simply sprayed them down for seemingly no reason at all. Your record is absolutely horrible @humanist30 and you have just come off a 5 month ban which includes the same reasons. So I believe that a 6 month ban for 2.5 is suited in this situation.

Please refrain from doing this again in the future as next time it will likely lead to a permanent ban from the server.
