Why should this player be punished?: in the first clip you can see all users gun point me, the reason they are doing this is an hour prior to that happening, ted high and sonny angelo had asked me to give them a ride to bazzar, i told them sorry theres no space as my car is a 4 seater but i already had 2 people in with me, as i drove off i could her them say "fuck u and ur mom" when i literally said nothing to them, i didnt even swear or cuss at them in any way i just told them i cant take them, then ted high shoots at my car and i turn back, and i see them going into jonalds car, i start following them telling them to get out of the car, jonald then parks in storage, ted high gets out of the car and my friend gets out my car kills the guy who shot at us. so an hour later they gunpoint me out my car infront of pd and kill me as said in first clip

so in the second clip u can see that im fixing my popped tires, the second i fucking fix them ted pops them again with his gun .... for no reason .... bruh

@will.801 Howdy, what was your involvement in regard to this? Why did you later assist these two in gunpointing Lucy out of the vehicle in front of the police department?

@Ted Why did you shoot at the vehicle after being denied a ride to Bazaar? Additionally, after Lucy had been killed in front of the police department, why did you shoot out her tires at the Car Dealer 25 minutes later and again 42 minutes later after she had repaired them at the auto shop?

As they do not have a Forum account, I will reach out to akutorecords/Jonald McBiden for his involvement in the killing.

Yes ill be honest i think what i did is wrong and i will admit to it but im very new to the server and i just read the rules yesterday after a friend i met sonny got banned i did not know this server is like super strict about the rules etc and i thought it was just jokes on that day and i realized what i did is wrong after ive read the rules and i just hoped this woulden't be reported because im just trying to have fun here and i been really careful with not breaking the rules after that so i apologize for what i did and i hope you forgive me and i would never break a rule again i did not know that things are this strict if theres anything we could do to fix this i would love to thank you

@Ted Thank you for your reply - I understand you are a new player and appreciate you having a further look into the rules. Shooting at an occupied vehicle for some minor insults is not a proportionate escalation of violence, and seems to have led to a lot of further unnecessary negativity. When Lucy had died at the PD, popping her tires in her new life was also unnecessary. Please check out the Rule 2.5 Help Guide for further info.
A warning will be applied for Rule 2.5 - Excessive Negativity for this series of incidents, please keep in mind this warning will impact any similar incidents in the future.

@will.801 /Sonny I did not hear from. After reviewing a demo, Lucy's involvement in the death of Ted High was limited to remaining inside her vehicle while her two passengers directly killed Ted. Revenge killing Lucy was not proportionate to her role in the death, and the crime of 9.3 Threat of Physical Harm right outside the PLPD building by gunpointing her out of her vehicle put his life/freedom at risk.
For these actions, his current ban will be extended for 2.5 and 3.4

I did not hear from akutorecords/Jonald. As they are a newer player with no record yet, a warning will be applied for Rule 2.5 for the disproportionate killing of Lucy and Rule 3.4 - Putting your Life at Risk for the murder taking place directly in front of the PLPD building. I will contact them in-game regarding this warning, and it will impact future violations.
