@Ted Could you please explain why you attacked the officer at NEON towards the end of this video?

@Platypus1 Can you clarify why you did not comply when instructed to move back, despite the officer clearly holding a firearm?

User (YT-Halowes) does not have a forums account or a linked Discord. I will attempt to contact them via Steam or in-game to ask why they chose to attack another player with a meat cleaver in front of law enforcement.

User (Sully) does not have a forums account or a linked Discord. I will similarly attempt to reach out via Steam or in-game to ask why they picked up a meat cleaver in full view of a police officer.

All users mentioned will be given 72 hours to respond to this Action Request.

In that moment, the situation was very stressful. I saw my friend Jamal in handcuffs, and someone handed me a knife to try to help him. I didn’t fully understand that I wasn’t allowed to step in that way, and I wasn’t thinking clearly under the pressure. There was no threat directed at me, but I thought I had a reason to act. Looking back, I realize I handled it the wrong way, and I’m truly sorry. I hope you can understand the perspective I had in that moment.

I’ve received statements from Ted, Platypus, and Sully. Unfortunately YT-Halowes did not respond in a timely manner and will be judged based on the evidence provided

The clip clearly shows multiple rule violations by different players

YT-Halowes attacked another player in front of law enforcement, which violates Rule 3.4, as you cannot commit a crime while a Government Employee is present and able to immediately apprehend you. Since there was no clear reason for the attack, this also violates Rule 2.5.

Sully picked up a meat cleaver in full view of two officers, which led to him being shot. This is a 3.4 violation

Platypus was given a lawful order under threat of lethal force and was clearly warned about the consequences of being arrested. He ignored the order without reason, violating Rule 3.4

Ted attacked an officer with a meat cleaver to try to help Platypus, who at the time was not being arrested for a serious enough crime to justify the action. This decision put both his life and freedom at risk without valid reason, violating both Rules 2.5 and 3.4

User Ted has been permanently banned. I will add this Action Request to his current ban.
2.5, 3.4 – The user attacked an Officer to help his friend, who was being arrested for a crime punishable by less than seven years.

User YT-Halowes will receive a 1-Day ban.
2.5, 3.4 – The user attacked another player with a meat cleaver in direct view of two officers for seemingly no reason.

User Sully will receive a Warning.
3.4 – The user picked up a meat cleaver from a crime scene, leading to him being shot.

User Platypus will receive a Warning.
3.4 – The user was given a lawful order to stay back under the threat of lethal force but chose to ignore it, leading to his avoidable arrest.
