We agreed to make a deal, I'll pay him 600k for 500 leaves. He insisted to put the leaves in a chest which I cannot check (doesn't have a game mechanic to check inside chest) therefore I asked him to /desc what's in the chest as shown in the image.
He desc that there are 500 cocoa leaves as agreed. I bought the chest to realize its empty.
