Why should this player be punished?: killed me for no reason he drove me over whan he first hit me he can stop the car and let me out but he just kept driving and killed me in the end

The user has failed to respond to my steam request therefore I’ll conclude with the provided evidence.

Although you were running in the road the user made no attempts to avoid hitting you at a slow speed, once the user did hit you instead of stopping they carried on accelerating forward resulting in killing you.

Therefore I will be extending their current ban from 2 weeks up to 3 weeks for 2.5 for their actions.
