Why should this player be punished?: I pull up to two people having a picnic, trying to engage in rp
I keep my weapon on holster to make sure I won't get mugged
The user decides to open fire on me without making sure that I was mugging them or being an active threat
This is especially frustrating because it interrupted my manhunt on a person we had KOS on

You could've kept your weapon in a passive stance to avoid being mugged then
I had no intention of mugging you nor would I have zip ties to do such
Me pulling up while pulling out and keeping my weapon in a passive stance is no reason for you to shoot me the second I approach, as I hadn't attempted to threaten your life or your property and had only tried to strike up a convo
