Upon review of the evidence, @Fracket's kill was justified. @jimb0, seeing as you pulled a gun out and Fracket was gunpointing you, it is fair to assume that you wanted to kill him. Fracket did not have much alternative here.

@Fracket, in the future in an Action Request, refrain from making smug comments. He did nothing wrong by pulling his gun out; he acted fast and immediately ducked into cover.
