Why should this player be punished?: because the guy was on duty police officer and he saw that we had 2 cops hostage but he proceed with shooting at me

But yeah, I was involved in this situation, the cop shot the hostage taker then pretty much just left and didnt stay on scene to deal with it or provide his badge number. Also he is blatantly lying on cop, originally he says a supervisor ordered him to re-arrest Steve, then claims it was a corporal. After the scene we could not find the supposed corporal who told Bob to re-arrest Steve.

Hello as i stated to the staff member dealing with this i told him to watch my demo and everything will show that i told truth
so steve was wanted for robbing the bank me and the corporal and another dude was out searching for steve we searched hole map prob 2 times then we see steve getting arrested for 4 years the corporal tells me to go rejail him so i say okay is it even allowed he sayid yes so i trusted him went back to pd i see will docker and dimtri leaving pd so they knew he was jailed for 4 years so my question is how did they know he got jailed for more well well so i go down to jail cells and grab steve and rejail him the door was open so they starting running around if i dont remember wrong so i drag them into the cell then this cop locks me in the cell with steve and this other dude so when the door finally opened i tryed leaving but they bodyblocked me and i got stressed so i started gunpointing them to step aside which my demo will provide they refused to do that they walked out instead of listening to me which fearrped them then i didnt know they had a hostage i just saw a guy in purple with a gun so i shot him then they shout wtf bro we have a hostage i say fuck i drop my gun i walk out with my hands up then i dont know what happened they started yapping about Ias f6 and alot of other shit which also is not allowed going ooc so i got confused nobody talked with me or anything they just screamed oh what a stupid cop hes getting an IA we calling f6 so i left and hopped off cop since i couldent be asked to deal with that then they started yapping in ooc about tons of shit and if you pull my demo you will see that all of this is true and backed up by my demo so no i didnt lie and if i get warned i belive u should warn the others for going out of character fearrp bodyblocking yeah you name it

The arresting officer decides the punishment, you can't just be unhappy with that and change it.
You can't tase a cuffed suspect when the officer right behind them could just drag me out of the way, and I wasn't under gunpoint.
The hostage was called out over the radio multiple times.
You went OOC threatening to f6 us as soon as we mentioned IAs.
Why would you run away from a hostage sit at all? Either stay on scene as a hostage or stay on scene as an officer dealing with it. It seems to me you left to try avoid punishment or provide care to your victim. Then to immediately hop off duty is insane.
Blocking an officer from moving to stall for a PD raid isn't against the rules.
