Why should this player be punished?: Toby Muttgumery after I had pushed the cars out of the fire, pushed them back into the fire, resulting in multiple vehicles to be wrecked. Toby Chadgumery after his friends were shot for this, came up and shot me infront of an LEO, risking his life in the process.

Yes, I was told by Collier I would be highly likely not to be punished for it due to the circumstances of the situation, you can ask him for confirmation, but vehicles owned by 2 different people were ignited by a sweater and upon pushing the cars and heading to make a report I am confronted by these users and they prop pushed the vehicles back into the fire, blowing it up and causing multiple bystander vehicles to be damaged, that was the main reason why I tried to get it away, so bystander cars weren't damaged.
